libunix-configfile-perl software package provides Perl interface to various Unix configuration files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libunix-configfile-perl
libunix-configfile-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libunix-configfile-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libunix-configfile-perl *
You will get with libunix-configfile-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
